NetherRealm Studios has released a new trailer for Mortal combat 1and this focuses on the character played Megan Fox.
Fox takes on the role of a character called Nitara and in the video talks about the character, why she joined the game and what led her to play the vampire character. She also spoke about her experience voicing the character and how she has been a fan of the franchise since she was a child. She said:
“I grew up playing Mortal Kombat and can’t believe I’m voicing a character in the new game. It’s an honor to be part of one of the greatest video game legacies of all time.”
The character Nitara first appeared in the 2002 game Mortal Kombat: Mortal Allianceinitially released on PlayStation 2, GameCube, Xbox and Game Boy Advance.
It is explained that the game will “introduce a reborn Mortal Kombat universe created by the fire god Liu Kang, featuring reimagined versions of iconic characters like they’ve never been seen before, along with a new combat system, game modes, bone finishing moves krush and more.
Other characters in the game include Liu Kang, Scorpion, Sub-Zero, Raiden, Kung Lao, Kitana, Mileena, Shang Tsung, Johnny Cage and more. Jean-Claude van Damme will be featured in the game as an alternative skin for the character Johnny Cage. The trailer also reveals that General Shao and Sindel will be playable characters in the highly anticipated game.
Mortal combat 1 will be released on September 19 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and PC.
