The first teaser trailer for has been released Hayao MiyazakiStudio Ghibli’s latest film, The boy and the heronpreviously titled How do you live? As you know, Studio Ghibli didn’t want any kind of marketing for this film and we were initially told that a trailer would not be released.
That said, the teaser trailer you are about to watch does not contain any footage from the film. Contains music along with details about the story told by the film. You’ll know what I mean when you watch the trailer. But, at the end of the teaser, a first teaser is said to arrive on September 6, so it seems that sooner or later we will get an actual trailer for the film.
The official synopsis of the film reads: “Through encounters with his friends and his uncle, the story follows the psychological development of a teenager. He enters a magical world with a talking gray heron after finding an abandoned tower in his new town.
The film features the voices of Soma Santoki, Masaki Suda (The stagnation), singer Aimyon, Yoshino Kimura (Confessions), Shohei Hino (As long as we both live), Ko Shibasaki (47 Ronins), Takuya Kimura (Howl’s Moving Castle) and more.
