Ron Perlman would like to return as Hellboy to complete the trilogy

Hellboy star Ron Perlmann it’s still the best live-action version of Hellboy to grace the big screen. Unfortunately, he and the director Guillermo del Toro they never managed to finish the planned trilogy of Hellboy movies. Del Toro has been trying to get it for years Hellboy III off the ground, but never managed to make it happen.

Since then there was a Hell boy movie made with David Port it was awful, and there’s the next one Hellboy: The crooked manwhich will introduce Jack Kesy as the new Hellboy. Though there are no indications that Del Toro will ever pull it off Hellboy III movie at this point, Ron Perlman would still like to reprise his role one last time to close out the trilogy.

Perlman recently told The Geek House Show, “If we were to make the third film in the trilogy, I’d love to do it, yes. It was supposed to be three films, so I’d go back and do it if we could finish the movie.” trilogy. But those are the only circumstances.”

In a previous interview with Perlman, he said, “I really feel like I’m done with the character. I don’t have a burning desire to put that shit up again. But Guillermo told me what the solution of the trilogy would be.” “It feels, broadly speaking, and it’s such an amazingly theatrical and cinematic idea, that I found it essential to make it. All fans would love to see this Hellboy III it’s finally going to happen, but at this point, with the way the franchise is moving forward, it just won’t happen, which is a shame.
