Netflix has released the final trailer for its live-action series adaptation A piece, and anticipate a truly epic and fun adventure! This is the best trailer for the series so far, and while I was already excited about this show, this new trailer has kicked the excitement up a couple notches.
It really looks like this show is going to be great! There are some naysayers out there, but a lot of fans love it! From the reactions that have emerged for this series, it seems that the creative team has actually managed to make a fantastic adaptation! It certainly feels like it captures the spirit of the source material. This latest trailer made me smile
A piece follows the adventures of Monkey D. Luffy (Inaki Godoy) and his crew of pirates as they explore a fantasy world of endless oceans and exotic islands in search of the world’s greatest treasure known as “One Piece” to become the next Pirate King. The other main characters include Zoro (Mackenyu), nami (Emily Rudd), Usopp (Jacob Romero Gibson) and Sanji (Taz Skylar).
Steven Maeda is co-writer, showrunner and executive producer of the series along with Matt Owens, who is also a co-writer and executive producer. The series is also the protagonist Morgan Davis (The Evil Dead) as Koby, Ilia Isorelys Paulino (The sex life of college girls) as Alvida, Aidan Scott (Action point) like Helmeppo, Jeff Ward (Tricks) as Buggy, McKinley Belcher III (Ozarks) as Arlong, e Vincent Regan (Troy) as Garp.
The 10-episode series comes from Tomorrow Studios and A piece Shueisha publisher. Open piece will be out on August 31st!
