Star Wars LEGO fan and builder David Hall of Solid Brix Studios has built an epic 250,000-piece diorama of the Star Wars Battle of Geonosis.
The Battle of Geonosis, depicted in Star Wars: Episode II – Attack of the Clones, and marks the beginning of the Clone Wars. Set on the desert planet Geonosis, this conflict ignites when the Galactic Republic, with its newly formed clone army, steps in to save the Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker and Senator Padmé Amidala from execution by the Separatists.
As the Jedi and the clones engage the Separatist droid army in a full-scale war, the battle showcases the growing power of the dark side and foreshadows the eventual rise of the Galactic Empire. The battle also sees the first large-scale deployment of the Republic’s clone troopers, setting the stage for the vast galactic conflict that will last for the next three years.
Check out the diorama video below and enjoy the glory of what Hall has created. It’s amazing what these professional LEGO builders can create!
