When the credits rolled at the end of Star Wars: Ahsoka, a familiar name popped up as a voice credit. That name is Sam Whitwerthe voice of Darth Maul and Galen Marek, aka Starkiller del The unleashed force video games.
Well, this has led fans to speculate that the mysterious Inquisitor Marrok, who we see in action in the first two episodes, could be Starkiller. Some fans believe Witwer will be voicing the character. Starkiller was Darth Vader’s secret apprentice in those games, which are considered part of legends continuity, but that will not stop Dave Filoniwhich is already introducing the characters of legends continuity in his projects.
There’s also another rumor going around that Ezra is the man behind the Inquisitor’s mask, but between the two fan theories, I think Starkiller is the more likely option, although it probably won’t go that way . I just think it’s fun to discuss these things!
Here’s what some people are saying about X:

At the moment Marrok’s only identifying merit is that he was physically played by Paul Darnell, which is a stuntman who has also appeared in projects such as The Mandalorian AND Boba Fett’s book. It’s hard to tell if Witwer is voicing the character, as the mysterious Inquisitor hasn’t said a word yet.
I should also note that Witwer often provides additional Star Wars voices in these projects, so there’s currently nothing solid tying him to Marrok yet, but it’s something fun to think about and discuss!
As for what I think… I think Marrok is Marrok. I don’t think he’s going to end up being someone we’re already familiar with.
The official description describes Marrok as an Inquisitor who hunted down and killed Jedi for the Empire. It is explained that Marrok “now works as a mercenary hired by Morgan Elsbeth to do dark deeds. Fully clad in battered battle armor, the warrior still carries a double-bladed red saber with a circular hilt.
What do you think of all the Marrok rumors?
