Director Uwe Bull has made a new film titled First round, which is described as a “hilarious police drama that immerses viewers in a high-octane adventure in New York City, delving into the lives of zealous law enforcement officers. An emotional journey through vibrant streets, weaving the spirit of a classic road movie with the gritty intensity of a crime drama.”
Uwe Boll (Blackwoods, House of the Dead, Alone in the Dark, Blood Rayne, In the Name of the King: A Tale of Dungeon Siege) has a reputation for making terrible movies, and has managed to make a long and great career out of it! I don’t know how, but he did. He shared about the film, “My goal is to show audiences the harsh reality that comes with forming strong relationships, especially in a stressful world like law enforcement.”
First Shift is “a gripping crime drama in the spirit of a classic road movie, taking us on an emotional journey through the vibrant streets of New York City into the depths of our reality and into the inmost corners of our souls. Immersing viewers in a high-octane adventure that delves into the lives of dedicated law enforcement officers.”
The film is the protagonist Gino Antonio Pesi as Deo Russo e Kristen Renton as Agent Angela Dutton, with James McMenamin, Daniel Sauli, Tamara Della Anderson, Brandi GoodAND Gary Shepherd.
As you can imagine, the movie doesn’t look very good and it looks like it will be full of ridiculous and bad dialogue.
First round it is expected to debut in 2024.
