This week’s retro trailer is for the insane 1982 action flick Raw strength which is also known as Cannibals of Kung Fu.
The film centers on a group of martial arts students from the Burbank Kung Fu Club who embark on a journey to a mysterious island in the Pacific called Warrior’s Island. This island, according to legend, is said to be the final resting place of disgraced martial arts masters who were resurrected as the undead.
In addition to dealing with this, the Burbank Kung Fu Club also encounter a Hitler impersonator and his gang who are running a female slavery operation. This all leads to complete and utter chaos!
The cult film campy was directed by Edward D. Murphy and offers an unusual blend of martial arts action, horror and comedy involving a variety of zombies, cannibals and more! Enjoy the trailer!
