Here is a trailer for a monster horror action thriller titled Escape from the island, who finds a group of mercenaries facing a group of grotesque monsters. It seems that the film will have a lot of blood and gore and also features some sci-fi elements.
In the film, “After a mysterious incident at a research camp on the island of Gran Manan, a CEO hires a team of blue-collar mercenaries to extract his daughter, a scientist who works in the field. Upon arriving, the team soon discovers that not only is the island surrounded by a wormhole that causes time to reset every three days, but it is also teeming with horrific monsters. As they learn more about the nature of the island’s time, space, and creatures, they quickly realize that death may be the easiest way to escape the island.
The film comes from the director Bruce Wemple and is the protagonist Ariella Mastroianni, James Liddell, Grant SchumacherAND Chris Cimpermann.
The movie looks like silly fun, and the trailer reveals the big twist when it comes to monsters. Escape from the island will debut in select theaters on August 4, 2023, then on VOD everywhere starting August 8.
