Here is a trailer for an upcoming slasher horror thriller titled Dark windows which centers on a masked killer who terrorizes a group of vacationing teenagers. Nothing we haven’t seen before, but if you like watching low budget slasher movies then this movie is for you!
In Dark Windows, “A group of teenagers take a road trip to a secluded summer house in the countryside. What begins as a peaceful escape turns into a horrific nightmare when a masked man begins terrorizing them in the most gruesome of ways.
It is explained that the film will “take audiences on a journey of passion, loss, terror, and horrific, unthinkable ways of seeking revenge.”
The film comes from the director Alex Herrone (Start) and writer Kraft wolf. The film is the protagonist Anna Bullard (Marinette), Annie Hamilton (The Wolf of Snow Hollow), Rory Alexander, Jóel SæmundssonAND Morten Holst.
The director spoke about the film saying: “I like to explore the choices that young people make and the consequences of those choices. In Dark Windows, Tilly and her friends have made one of the worst choices of their young lives and are about to face the ultimate punishment for it.
Dark Windows will be released in theaters and VOD next month on August 18th.
