We have a full trailer for the director to watch Kenneth Branaghit is the last Agatha Christie movie, which is a supernatural horror mystery story. The film is titled A creepy in Venice, and is inspired by Christie’s novel Hallowe’en Party. Branagh is back in his role as Hercule Poirot and the story sees him embarking on a creepy ghostly adventure and it looks great! I love a good horror-themed mystery and am excited to watch it! This might be the best Agatha Christie film Branagh ever made!
Set in post-WWII Venice on the eve of All Saints’ Day, A Haunting in Venice is “a terrifying mystery with the return of the celebrated detective, Hercule Poirot. Now retired and living in self-imposed exile in the most glamorous city in the world, Poirot reluctantly attends a séance in a rundown and haunted mansion. When one of the guests is murdered, the detective is thrust into a sinister world of shadows and secrets.
Branagh previously said in a statement: “This is a fantastic development of the character of Hercule Poirot, as well as the Agatha Christie franchise. Based on a complex and little-known mystery story set on Halloween in a picturesquely captivating city, it’s an incredible opportunity for us, as filmmakers, and we’re relishing the opportunity to deliver something truly chilling for our loyal cinematic audience.

The screenplay of the film was written by Michael Green (Logano), AND A creepy in Venice will be released in theaters nationwide on September 15, 2023.
