Strange giggles! This was such a fun GI Joe character and he’s finally getting his own GI Joe: Classified action figure! The figure is exclusive to Comic-Con and will only be made available to those attending the event.
San Diego Comic-Con 2023 kicks off next week and I’ll be there to catch one of these bad boys! Chuckles’ real name is Philip “Chuckles” Provost and he is an undercover agent on Joe’s team.
If you want one, you need to find the Hasbro Pulse Desk at booth #1. 3213 starting Wednesday, July 19 at 5:30pm PT. They will then give you a “single use code, which can be scanned to pre-order at HasbroPulse.com”, limit of one per customer.
Chuckles comes with a pair of sunglasses for a quick disguise, a manila folder filled with sensitive (stolen) documents, a portable cassette player that looks like a G1 Transformers Soundwave, and other covert action gear.
