These images offer us our first look at the upcoming indie horror film The Curse of Cinderella, which is a dark and bloody take on the classic fairy tale. The film comes from ITN Studios which is the same studio behind it Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey.
The film is directed by Louise Warren and written by Harry Boxley and the photos feature a blood-spattered Cinderella brandishing her glass slipper as a deadly weapon. I guess she’s taking bloody revenge on her stepsisters and her evil stepmother for the emotional abuse they caused her.
The director of the film previously said: “This is an incredibly unique interpretation of the Cinderella that we all love and know. There will be some truly horrific deaths at his hands. I think gore hounds will have a blast in my dark reimagining.
The cast of the film includes Kelly Rian Sanson, Chrissie Wunna and Danielle Scott. Look at the pictures and tell us what you think!
