Gravitas Ventures has released the trailer for an indie horror thriller about werewolves titled Hollow wolf. The film follows a group of filmmakers who venture into the woods of Pennsylvania where they encounter a family of werewolves.
In the film, “Beginner Film Producer Alex (Cristina Krakowski) leads his team of filmmakers, including his best friend Ray (Noah Welter), to his hometown of Wolf Hollow. When they stumble upon a werewolf lair, led by his older brother Bart (Brian Ceponis), it isn’t long before the blood starts flowing and the nightmare begins. With time running out and the bodies piling up, Alex and Ray must choose to run and hide or die trying to survive the bloodiest night of their lives.
Sometimes very low-budget indie horror films can be entertaining and charming, sometimes they can’t. I’m not sure what this is going to be, I guess it all depends on how you feel about watching another werewolf movie. The werewolf creature design looks great, though!
Hollow wolf is directed by Marco Cantu. It will be released directly to VOD on August 8, 2023.
