Uma Thurman and Samuel L. Jackson’s New Thriller THE KILL ROOM Heads to Shout Studios

Umma Thurman, Samuel L.JacksonAND Joe Manganiello they all teamed up for a new thriller film project titled The killing room, and the North American rights were recently acquired by Shout Studios. They’re releasing the movie in the fall.

The film is described as a dark comedy thriller and comes from the writer Jonathan Jacobsson and director Nicol Paone (Friendship). The story follows an “art dealer” (Thurman) who teams up with a hit man (Manganiello) and his boss (Jackson) on a money laundering scheme. The plan accidentally turns the hitman into an avant-garde sensation overnight, forcing the dealer to pit the art world against the underworld.

I love that Thurman and Jackson are in a movie together for the first time since then pulp Fiction! The cast also includes Debi Mazar, Dre Hemingway (The unicorn, starlet), Amy Keum (Honor society, bad) AND Candy Buckley (Rare items). Other actors in the film are Larry Pino (Succession, The Royal Tenenbaums), Jennifer Kim (Mozart in the Jungle, The Bourne Legacy), Matthew Maher (Air, Captain Marvel), Tom Pecinka (The Survivor) AND Alexander Sokovikov (For all mankind, Americans).
