Lucasfilm has released a fun promotional video for Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destinyand is equipped with Harrison Ford and his co-star Phoebe Waller Bridge playing with some Indiana Jones toys! I have to say I never thought I’d see the day when we get to see Ford play with action figures, and it’s just delightful.
James Mangold directs the film, and in it Ford returns as the legendary archaeologist hero for this final installment of the iconic franchise – a big, sweeping cinematic adventure. The story is set in 1969 during the space race, and Indiana Jones is drawn into another great adventure, involving Voller, a NASA member and former Nazi involved in the moon landing program, who wants to “rectify the world and turn it into a better place as he sees fit”. He is trying to correct the mistakes Hitler made when he was in power with the Dial of Destiney artifact.
The film is also the protagonist Mads Mikkelsen (A rogue one), Boyd Holbrook (Logano), Shaunette Renee Wilson (The resident), AND Thomas Kretschmann (The Avengers: Age of Ultron).
The film is now in theaters!
