Tom Holland Talks SPIDER-MAN 4 Development Meetings; He says part of him “wants to get away” from Spider-Man

Spider-Man star Tom Holland recently revealed that he’s already having meetings with Sony Pictures and Marvel Studios about development spider man 4. He explains that he sat down with the president of Marvel Studios Kevin Feigeproducer You love Pascaland other executives to start figuring out what they want to do with a fourth film and if it’s something they should even be doing.

Well, they’ve come up with a plan and a reason to move forward, but at the same time, Holland also says there’s a part of him that wants to get away from Spider-Man. During an interview with THR, he said:

“It was me, Amy, [Marvel Studios president] Kevin Feige, [executive producer] Rachel [O’Connor]sometimes other Marvel executives participate,” he says. “It’s a collaborative process. The first meetings were about: ‘Why should we do it again?’ And I think we’ve found why. I’m really, really happy with where we are in terms of creativity.”

He went on to explain that he’s still a little worried about it:

“But I’m also a little concerned about it. There’s a little bit of stigma around the fourth installment in all franchises. I feel like we hit a home run on our first franchise and there’s a part of me that He wants to walk away with my head held high and I’m passing the baton to the next lucky guy who gets to bring this character to life.”

I get that, but at the same time the fans really want to see this version of Spider-Man live for a while longer. We all want to see what his life will be like after the events of No Way Home. There’s still a story there with all of these characters, and fans are excited to see where that story goes. So, I’m glad the creative team was able to come up with a plan to continue the story.

Of course, Holland has no plans to divulge any details, and meetings have now been put on hold due to the writers’ strike. The actor said: “I can’t talk about it, but I can say that we have had meetings. We have suspended meetings in solidarity with the writers. There have been several conversations, but at this point it is very, very early stages.”

What do you think of the continuation of the Spider-Man franchise? Are you excited about what’s coming? What would you like to happen in the next film?
