Sounds like Chris Hemsworth he enjoyed working with the director George Miller on the upcoming movie Mad Max: Furious. Indeed, during a recent interview with GQ, the actor shared that while he entered the shoot “exhausted” due to his crazy schedule, working on the film has become the “best experience” of his career. He explained:
“First week of rehearsals with [Miller], all of a sudden it was this rekindling of my creative energy. By far the best experience of my career and something I feel most proud of. It got me thinking, the job isn’t what’s exhausting, it’s what kind of job it is and how invested I am in it and if it’s challenging in the right way.
It’s good to know that he had so much fun making that movie! Usually with these movies, the actors talk about how exhausting it is. Anya Taylor-Joy, who plays Emperor Furiosa in the film, also had a great deal of experience making the film saying it was “life changing”. She said previously:
“It will take me two full years before the movie comes out to even start processing what I just left 12 days ago. [Furiosa] it was the most life changing experience for me, with such talented artists. I really felt like I’d grown so much, but yeah, it’s wild. It’s absolutely unique.”
I’m super excited for Furiousand I have a feeling that Miller will deliver another action-packed epic masterpiece.
In the film, “As the world fell, young Furiosa is snatched from the Green Place of Many Mothers and falls into the hands of a large Biker Horde led by Warlord Dementus. Traversing the Wasteland they come across the Citadel presided over by The Immortan Joe As the two Tyrants battle for dominance, Furiosa must survive many trials as she musters the means to find her way home.”
Hemsworth plays the evil warlord Dementus. Hemsworth looked unrecognizable on set as he sported long hair, prosthetic noses and a beard. The rest of the cast includes Tom Burke, Angus Sampson, Nathan Jones, Daniel Webber, Lachy HulmeAND Quaden Bayles.
Furious it is scheduled to be released on May 24, 2024.
