FX has released a new promotional spot for It’s always sunny in Philadelphia Season 16, and offers fans a look at some of the characters that will appear in the new season, including Greetings actress Rhea Perlman. Other characters that appear include the characters Liam and Ryan McPoyle, who are played Jimmy Simpson AND Nate Mooney.
The Gang” is ripping straight from the headlines: inflation, US-Russia relations, mental health, gender equality, injury liability, gun control, and… celebrity-branded products. But there’s nothing sweet about it in them as Mac, Charlie, Dennis, Dee and Frank yearn for the past as they attempt to survive in 2023.
This year alone, “Mac battles allergies and remote dating, Charlie battles his long-forgotten sisters, Dee battles rent control and women’s athletics, Frank fights for his gun, and Dennis fights to get better his mental health. At the end of the day, they’re sailing into 2023 with 16 years of baggage as some figures from their past rear their heads.
breaking Bad stars Aaron Paul AND Bryan Cranston they will also appear in the series and were featured in the first trailer that was released.
It’s always sunny in Philadelphia is created by Rob McElhenney, who also plays Ronald “Mac” MacDonald. I’m with him Charlie Day as Charlie Kelly, Glen Howton as Dennis Reynolds Kaitlin Olson such as Dee Reynolds, e Danny DeVito as Frank Reynolds.
The long-running comedy returns June 7 on FXX with the first two episodes, followed by a new episode each week thereafter. It will also be available to stream on Hulu.
