Dwayne Johnson returns to the FAST AND FURIOUS franchise!

Vin Diesel recently teased that the Fast & Furious the franchise would end with a trilogy instead of just two films as they had planned. Well, what’s more, Dwayne Johnson will reprise his role as Luke Hobbs for the final installments of the franchise! No doubt many fans will find this news shocking!

As you know there was a lot of drama between Diesel and Johnson. The actor played Hobbs in Fast & Furious film franchise from the fifth film, Quick five in 2011, at the eighth film, The fate of the furious in 2017. During that film, he had a dispute with Diesel which was made public and prompted the two actors to part ways.

Diesel later made a public plea for Johnson to “fulfill his destiny” and return for Fast X. Johnson wasn’t happy with how Diesel handled the situation and actually criticized him for his public plea because Johnson had already said to Diesel not. Johnson said:

“I said [Diesel] directly that I would not return to the franchise. I was firm but cordial with my words and said that I would always support the cast and always root for the success of the franchise, but that there was no chance of me returning. Vin’s recent public post was an example of his manipulation. I didn’t like her raising her children in the mail, as well as the death of Paul Walker. Leave them out. We talked about it months ago and we came to a clear understanding.”

Johnson went on to say that Diesel’s appeal muddied the waters after he concluded his time with the franchise gratefully. But it seems like he obviously had a heart shot and Diesel managed to bring Johnson back into the franchise, which I seriously didn’t think would ever happen. But here we are!

Johnson is returning to fulfill his destiny as Hobbs and play a part in ending this insane over-the-top action franchise.

You’re thrilled to know Johnson will be back for more Fast & Furious action!?
