Xbox took a while recently to announce all the details of their summer Xbox Games Showcase with once again confirming that it will be immediately followed by a Starfield Direct. The first will be a virtual video event where players will learn about new games heading to Xbox, PC, and Game Pass. This usually includes updates on previously announced titles, anticipated new titles, and killer surprises. I believe the rise of these events (including by PlayStation and Nintendo) is what led to the death of E3.

The second event however is the Starfield Direct and it is also noteworthy. Starfield is an upcoming sci-fi RPG from Bethesda Game Studios that fans have lost their minds over. This deep dive is something fans have been waiting for since March. I sure hope it lives up to the hype.
So when will you be able to watch all this news from Xbox and their partners? You’ll be able to watch the Xbox Games Showcase June 11 at 10am PT with the Starfield Direct immediately after. Presentations will be available to watch on Facebook, Twitch (ASL version), and YouTube in over 30 languages, in addition to American Sign Language, British Language, and English audio descriptions.
