Apparently, there is a Cowboy bebop tabletop RPG in the works. If you missed like me the very popular anime Cowboy bebop is getting a tabletop RPG thanks to a Kickstarter project from late 2022 that has been fully funded. The game, titled Cowboy Bebop – The RPG (TRPG), will be released later this year by Don’t Panic Games and Mana Project Studio. The game will use an original game system based on six-sided dice and each player will take on the role of a bounty hunter and tell exciting stories with the guidance of the Big Shot (their term for a Game Master).

Cowboy Bebop (カウボーイビバップ Kaubōi Bibappu) is a Japanese animated television series, film, and other media created by Shinichiro Watanabe. Set in 2071 and centered on the adventures of a band of bounty hunters in space, the story delves into the unresolved issues of the protagonists’ past, exploring concepts such as existentialism, boredom, loneliness and the influence of the past.
