The creator of Lost And The rest told Esquire’s “Explain This” what he had war of stars project he volunteered for. Lindelof was co-author of a war of stars film when it ended.
“I’ve been in more than just conversations about joining the Star Wars universe,” Lindelof told Esquire. “I joined the Star Wars universe and was asked to leave.”
Despite the rejection – Lindelof withheld details about who or what caused the interruption – he said he was ready to come back.
“Should I queue outside the club again and try to get back?” Lindelof said in an interview. “Absolutely.”
“If at first you don’t succeed, try again,” he said, “or try again, as Yoda would say.”
