THE MANDALORIAN Actor Says Season 3 Finale ‘Will Hurt Too Much’

The Mandalorian fans seem very excited about the upcoming season 3 finale, but maybe we shouldn’t be too excited. Actor Brendan Wayne, Din Djarin’s suit-wearing stunt double, recently shared a message on an Instagram Story that doesn’t sound very good. He just lets himself get out of the way and rip it off like a plaster:

“The next episode will make you wish you hadn’t asked [another episode]. It might just hurt too much.”

Well, that sounds pretty terrible! Unless he’s completely messing with the fans, it seems like this season isn’t going to give us any kind of happy ending. Bad things will happen.

Last we saw Din Djarin (Peter Pascal), he told Bo-Katan Kryze (Katee Sackoff): “Your song isn’t written yet. I’ll serve you until it is.” He was then captured by beskar-clad Dark Troopers and taken to a holding room. We have no idea what to expect next!

The Mandalorian warriors have surely found themselves in a very difficult situation as they are defeated by an army led by Moff Gideon (Giancarlo Esposito), who is determined to complete the Purge of Mandalore and is building an army using the best attributes of the Cloners, Jedi and Mandalorians.

The last episode also ended with Paz Vizsla (Tait Fletcher) sacrificing her life to save her Mandalorian brothers and sisters. He valiantly held off the army until the red-robed Praetorian Guards showed up and killed him.

Previously speaking about the season 3 finale, Dave Filoni told Collider that fans “will have a lot to think about.” He added:

“They’re going to have a lot to take in, and I think with every good ending there’s the moment where you’re in it when you’re cheering and feeling fulfilled, but then there’s a little bit after that where you totally rethink things that are happened. Maybe you start putting them together in a different way and realize it’s an end, but there’s other stuff happening out there in the galaxy that you know more about now.”

So, I guess it’s best that we mentally prepare ourselves for what’s going to happen next week.
