NEON has released a trailer for its upcoming psychosexual thriller sanctuarywhich tells the story of a twisted game played by Margaret Qualley AND Christopher Abbot.

The film is described as a wicked dark comedy and the story centers on a dominatrix named Rebecca (Qualley) and her wealthy client, Hal (Abbott), “as they engage in a high-stakes RPG for power and control. After inheriting his father’s hotel chain, Hal attempts to end his long and secret relationship with Rebecca.
It is explained that “a battle of wills ensues over the course of an incredibly tense night, with Rebecca and Hal struggling to maintain the upper hand as the power dynamics swing wildly back and forth.”
Zachary Wigon directs from a script written by Not Bloomberg. sanctuary will be released in select theaters on May 19 and will be widely released on June 2.
