Dropout is an unsung winner of streaming services

If you are into comedy programming and either like or dislike adult content, I cannot recommend Dropout enough. There is so much good content on the service, there is a wide variety to choose from. My personal favorites are Size 20, Game changer, Make some noiseAND Um, actually, but this is only the tip of the iceberg. Honestly, Game changer it’s so unique in and of itself that it’s probably worth signing up for that alone.

Before I go any further, I want to mention that Dropout is not paying me to write this article. They gave me a free subscription to the service for the last few months up to a year, but I bugged my wife for months before ditching Netflix and getting Dropout. Why did I want Dropout so much?

Well, they have really good content. As I’ve already mentioned, there is a wide variety of programming. Game changer is a game show that is almost never the same game twice and gets crazier and crazier every season. Heck, one of the last few episodes featured the guest Sam Reich deceive competitors Brennan Lee Mulligan, Lu WilsonAND Siobhan Thompson in an escape room that was the green room of the show! It was mind blowing and I loved it. There is also how they took The bachelor and it was actually a fun experience for me to watch. It was only two episodes, there was no contestant fight, and it definitely had that CollegeHumor edge to it. I also just have to share a clip from a ridiculous Shakespeare episode.

Size 20 is possibly my favorite gaming TTRPG series. The seasons are never very long, the characters are always so funny, and the stories are never what you think they will be. If you want to start, there are many seasons that can cater to a wide variety of interests. My favorite season is Escape from Bloodkeep of which it is a parody The Lord of the Rings from the point of view of the villains though Coffin raceAlso , a story of Dracula, was great.

Um, actually is a trivia show about nerds where the goal is to correct someone who makes incorrect claims about the things we love. We’ve all been there. Someone says something wrong about a show, movie, game, etc. and it hurts us physically, so we have to say something. This show is perfect for that. Even when I don’t know everything they talk about, I find myself enjoying it.

Make some noise is a spin-off of Game changer where the contestants are asked to make certain sounds or impressions and it’s so much fun. One of my favorites is an impression of Meryl Streep sells vacuum cleaners from Mary Elizabeth Kelly.

There are plenty of other shows to enjoy though. There is Dirty laundry where you learn the dirty secrets of the cast of various Dropout shows and their friends and how to make drinks. There is Dorkly content if you like his channel. Play by ear is a musical improvisation show. Latest news sees various cast members and friends trying to share ridiculous “news” without smiling or laughing (yet another favorite of mine). And there’s so much more to enjoy on the app.

I highly recommend Drop Out. It costs just $5.99 a month or $47.99 a year which is a steal! If you’re sick of other services that don’t have enough good content, consider signing up for Dropout. They update their content regularly and when they release a season, the episodes are released on a weekly basis which I appreciate..
