Mark Hamill and his Return of the Jedi helix lightsaber reunite in Pop Culture Quest Clip

This first trailer is for the 1971 sci-fi horror film Night of the Lepo, which is about giant mutant rabbits that emerge and start killing everyone. The film was directed by William F. Claxton and is the protagonist Rory Calhoun, Janet Leigh, DeForest Kelley, Stuart Whitmannand more.

Here is the synopsis:

Arizona rancher Cole Hillman (Calhoun), struggling with a massive overpopulation of rabbits on his land, enlists the help of a local college president, Elgin Clark (Kelley). To humanely resolve the matter, Elgin brings in researchers Roy (Whitman) and Gerry Bennett (Leigh), who inject chemicals into the rabbits. However, they fail to anticipate the consequences of their actions. A race of giant mutant rabbits emerges and begins killing every human in sight.
