Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin is an amazing comic series. It came out in 2020 and tells the story of (spoiler alert) Michelangelo after his brothers and his father were killed. It’s an amazing story that I highly recommend from Kevin Eastmann, Peter Laird, Tom WaltzAND Andy Kuhn with Kuhn e Ben Bates providing for the art. Fans love the comic and now it’s getting a video game adaptation. Polygon recently shared this Douglas Rosen of Paramount Global, the rights holders for TNT extensionhe said so much.

This is very exciting, especially since this will be a TNT extension game that is not a side scrolling beat ’em up. Instead, Rosen shared it The Last Ronin the video game would be more of a third-person action RPG similar to God of War. Seems perfect given the story. Other things we know about the game are that it is possible that other characters are playable in flashbacks and it was developed by an unnamed studio with the aim of releasing it in a few years as “an ambitious AAA video game”. Apparently, we can expect to hear more in the coming months and years. I wouldn’t be surprised to hear more this summer, when the big gaming conferences usually happen.
Again, if you haven’t read The Last Ronin, go get it from your local comic book store. If you need it TNT extension in your game until The Last Ronin, Shredder’s Revenge is awesome and available on all major platforms including Xbox (affiliate link) with physical versions available at various retailers like GameStop (affiliate link) and Shredder is coming to call of Duty.
