Stanton is the director of Pixar films such as A bug’s Life, Wall-EAND Finding Dory. He has also directed live-action projects such as John Carter, Stranger things, Better call Saul, For all humanityand more.
His next film project is an epic that follows three storylines spanning thousands of years, “meditating on hope, connection and the circle of life.” It has been explained that the film “seeks to explore no less than the entire history of the world and deal with the nature of life.”
The film is set at Searchlight Pictures and is said to be inspired by films such as Stanley Kubrick’S 2001: A Space Odyssey, Christopher Nolan’S InterstellarAND Paul Thomas Anderson’S Magnolia.”
Colby Day wrote the screenplay, which was blacklisted in 2017. Jared Ian Goldman (Ingrid goes west) is producing.
