Golden Globe nominated actress Alicia Silverstone (In the dark, The Babysitters Club) reunited with his co-stars from In the dark at the recent convention, ’90s Con. When audience members were given the opportunity to ask questions of the judging panel, one person asked Silverstone if he would ever want to reunite with the recent Oscar-winning actor Brendan Fraser to make a sequel to their 1999 comedy Blast from the past.

Silverstone replied:
«With Brandan? I would do anything with Brendan. It was so much fun. I just saw Brendan after he won the Oscar and he’s so cute. He spoke in his speech about how we all go through this really tough time and you have to grow up and it’s part of life that you struggle and then look what happened to him! So yeah, I’m happy to do that.
Blast from the past Fraser protagonist, Silverstone, Christopher Walken, Spacek female AND Dave Foley. It follows a 35-year-old man (Fraser) who has spent his entire life living in a fallout shelter built by his father (Walken), who believed the world was about to end. As he emerges into the modern world, he meets Eve (Silverstone), who opens his eyes to a whole new life.
I would love to see a sequel to this movie! The first one is so cute and I honestly would love to see this couple reunite. Would you watch a sequel to Blast from the past?
