Crunchyroll announces simulcast and English dub airdates for DR. NEW WORLD STONE

It’s time to get excited Dr. STONE fan. Crunchyroll recently announced that the third season, Dr. STONE New World, will premiere April 6 at 7:30 am PDT. This will be a worldwide simulcast in Japanese with subtitles and new episodes will air every Thursday. If you prefer dubbed anime, you’ll have to wait until April 20 at 12:30 PDT with new weekly episodes. Please note this is for the English dub. If you prefer German, French, Latin American Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Castilian Spanish or Italian dubs, you’ll have to wait when the launch dates are announced.

With the end of the Stone Wars, former members of Tsukasa’s Empire of Power join forces with the Kingdom of Science to build a ship capable of sailing across the open ocean to search for answers to the mystery of global petrification. However, before they can begin their journey, Senku and his friends must find some key resources and push some new scientific advances to build the kind of ship they need.

Dr. STONE is a very popular anime series based on the manga written by Riichiro Inagaki and illustrated by Boichi. It takes place in a post-apocalyptic world and is on my short list of shows to watch when I have a minute. New world is directed by Shuhei Matsushita with TMS Entertainment covering animation production. Are you excited for the new season?
