Showtime has released a full trailer for Yellow Jackets Season 2, giving us our best look at the madness that is in store for the next chapter in the story. It looks like it will take fans on quite a fun and intense journey as the mysteries start to unravel and the characters are forced to face a darkness that is coming for them.

Yellow Jackets is the saga of “a team of incredibly talented high school soccer players who become the (un)lucky survivors of a plane crash in the remote northern wilderness. The series chronicles their descent from a complicated but thriving team to savage clans, while also charting the lives they attempted to rebuild nearly 25 years later, proving that the past is never really the past and what began in the desert is long gone. from the beginning”.
The description for the second season reads: “The Yellowjackets barely made it through the summer, but now that winter sets in, we’ll see if the hunger and despair turn into full-blown psychosis. Meanwhile, 25 years later, each survivor must determine if the darkness is coming for them or from them.
The series was created by Ashley Lyle AND Bart Nickerson (narcos), and is described as “equal parts survival epic, psychological horror story, and coming-of-age drama”.
The series is also starring Christina Ricci, Melanie Lynskey, Tawny Cypress, Ella Purnell, Sophie Nélisse, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Sophie Thatcher, Sammi Hanratty, Steven Krueger, Warren KoleAND Juliet Lewis. Newcomers include Elijah WoodAS Walter “a new citizen detective”, Lauren Ambrose like the adult version of Van, whose photos you can see here, and Simone Kesselwho will play an adult Lottie. Jason Ritter he too joined the cast.
Yellow Jackets will premiere on March 24, 2023. The showrunner of the series says that he has a five-season plan for this series and that season 2 is just the tip of the iceberg of what is to come.
