The wait is finally coming to an end, as Disney has set a release date for the official trailer for ‘The little Mermaid’ where Halle Bailey will show her characterization as Princess Ariel hand in hand with new scenes of this much anticipated live action film that promises to be a hit in cinemas from May 26th.

With a new official poster, Disney has confirmed that the live action film of ‘The Little Mermaid’ will show its first extended trailer during the 2023 Oscars ceremony next Sunday, March 12, so you just have to wait a few days to see it on social media or via ABC.

In this new official image you can see the actress and singer Halle Bailey transformed into Ariel the little mermaidin a pose that is quite reminiscent of one of the animated film posters, but with slight changes such as a more colorful design on the fish tail and a much more designed external environment than the classic single-color background.
