As part of the film series commemorating the International Women’s DayThis was announced by the Secretary of Culture and Tourism of the State of Mexico Films and documentaries made by Mexican directors will be screened at the Cineteca Mexiquense. The project starts on March 8th and ends on Sunday the 12th of the same month.

In its report, the Ministry of Culture confirmed that the films made by Mexican directors, have also been chosen by leading women in the industry. All usable from 8 to 12 March. The billboard has also been released and will be selected for days, costing only 25 pesos on Wednesdays.

At Cineteca Mexiquense, we integrate films that address the role of women from different cinematic perspectives into our lineup,” said Itzel Jazmín Rangel Catelan, Deputy Director of Collections.

Most of the shows on the bill have free admission for the enjoyment of the public who consume, applaud, recognize, value and promote the work of Mexican women in cinema.
