EXCLUSIVE: UTA has signed fast-rising British actor Spike Fearn to represent in all areas.
Immediately after signing, UTA negotiated with Fearn to star alongside Cailee Spaeny, Isabela Merced and others in the new film. alien Film directed by Fede Alvarez for 20th Century Studios and produced by Ridley Scott.
The actor was last seen opposite Paul Mescal in Charlotte Wells’ hugely popular father-daughter drama After sun for A24, which presented Wells with the Independent Spirit Award for Best First Feature last weekend.
Next up for him is Focus Features’ Amy Winehouse biopic Back to black by director Sam Taylor-Johnson.
Fearn previously starred in the British coming-of-age film baby by filmmaker Marley Morrison. He has been cast as the lead in the FX series adaptation of Nobel laureate Kazuo Ishiguro never let me gowhich is no longer progressing and also appears in the teen drama tell me everything from ITVX and HBO Max.
Fearn will continue to be represented by Hamilton Hodell in the UK and Jackoway Austen Tyerman.
