Keanu Reeves he’s been saying for a while that he’s always wanted to play Wolverine. He’s had such an amazing career and he’s going to play some pretty amazing roles like John Wick where he’s going to be a real badass! But seeing him take on Wolverine would be a sight to behold.
Reeves recently shared again that Wolverine is a character he would love to play. During a recent Reddit AMA, Reeves was asked if he had a role that he regretted turning down and this was his response:
“…No…but I’ve always wanted to play Wolverine.”
I seriously doubt we will ever see Keanu Reeves as Wolverine. But, if that happens, I might see him appear as a variant character for a short scene. This could be the extent of it if it happens. If that happened, I’m just guessing a John Wick/Wolverine mashup where we saw him go berserk with claws and guns.
Hugh Jackman returned to reprise his role as Wolverine in Deadpool 3but Marvel Studios is sure to cast another actor in the role at some point with the upcoming X-Men reboot, but we didn’t know who it would be.
