Bella Ramsey Says ‘The Last of Us’ Ending ‘Will Divide People’

There are only two episodes left of the first season of ‘The Last of Us’, and with it comes the adaptation of the end of the story between Joel and Ellie. Now, the show’s star Bella Ramsey has said that closing the story will “divide people” and that not everyone will be happy with what happens in that final chapter.

In an interview for Vogue UK, Bella Ramsey opened up about the last two episodes of ‘The last of us’, mentioning that the penultimate installment of the HBO adaptation was “exhausting, but those were some of my favorite days on set. It sounds really masochistic, but it’s the scenes that break me that I love the most, in a way,” said the ‘Game of Thrones’ actress.

When questioned about the last chapter, Bella Ramsey said the end of ‘The last of us’ “it will divide people massively, massively”. For those who have played the video game, you will know that the closure of the story between Joel and Ellie is one of the most heartbreaking moments of the entire adventure, so it seems that in the adaptation with Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey they will go down the same path.
