As audiences wait to see ‘The Little Mermaid’ on the big screen, Disney+ has surprisingly unveiled the first official trailer for ‘Peter Pan and Wendy’a new live action that will debut in April and is shaping up to be a big family hit but it didn’t take long to stir up controversy on social media.
‘Peter Pan and Wendy’ is one of new live action films prepared by Disney bring to the screen the great family classics but this time with a different twist and starring actors in the flesh, although it should be remembered that this story was already told in this way in 2003 although it was brought to the cinema Universal and not the house mouse.
The first official trailer of “Peter Pan and Wendy” reveals not only the appearance of the main characters, but also a bit of the story that will take place in Neverland and takes beloved Wendy Darling on an action-packed fantasy adventure to the world of dreams, where she will have to face Captain Hook.

In the official cast of this new Disney + live action film is Alexander Molony, in the role of Peter Pan, the boy who refuses to grow up. The other two stars of the cast of ‘Peter Pan and Wendy’ who stand out for their participation are Jude Law in the antagonistic role of Captain Hook and Yara Shahidi as the tender and sweet fairy called Tinkerbell or for her version in Latin America: Tinkerbell , which sparked the controversy of this new adaptation for having a different appearance from the animated version of this fairy.

The film ‘Peter Pan and Wendy’ is released on April 28 on Disney+ and although it should not be as successful as ‘The Little Mermaid’ on May 26 in cinemas, it should give a lot to talk about on social networks and will be well received by the public young person and family members.
