‘Avengers: The Kang Dynasty’ Screenwriter Confirms Namor de Tenoch Huerta in Film

Following the premiere of “Endgame,” Marvel reframed the Avengers lineup for the future of the company. And now, the screenwriter of ‘Avengers: The Kand Dynasty’ says that he is about to start the plot of the film, and confirms that Namor, played by Tenoch Huerta, will appear in the film, and beyond, will be a key part.

In an interview for ComicBook, Jeff Loveness, screenwriter of ‘Avengers: Kang Dynasty’, confirms that Namor will appear in the film. The fifth Avengers film will introduce a new team from the company, and the character of Tenoch Huerta will be one of the main superheroes to play a starring role in the story, something the writer is very excited about.

“Namor, man. I am thrilled to be writing Namor”, are the statements of the screenwriter of ‘Avengers 5’. For the uninitiated, Tenoch Huerta’s character who debuted in the MCU with ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’, is one of the company’s first superheroes in comics. For this reason, the company’s priority of making it relevant will increase over the years.

In a recent interview for Total Film, Tenoch Huerta has spoken about his return as Namor: “I hope so!! Because I want a bigger contract! I want more zeros in my contract! I’m not kidding. I mean, the mythology around Namor is huge. You can be crazy with all this cultural aspect and you can create many things with Namor , because they take a fantastic source of stories and mythology and religion and everything. So I hope they decide to move forward with the character, regardless of their history or whatever.”

Jeff Loveness teases the start of ‘Avengers: The Kang Dynasty’.

After writing “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania,” Jeff Loveness spoke to The Hollywood Reporter, admitting it’s “hard to even say” when filming on “Avengers: The Kang Dynasty” will begin. But he said both he and Destin director Daniel Cretton “have a plan” for what they’re going to do with the film’s story.

“I think I’m in the jet lag stage of a press tour, but we’re working on it. destiny [Daniel Cretton] it’s incredible. I’ve had discussions with Jonathan about where he wants to take the character, so it’s still very early days. We have 40 more movies before we get there, but we definitely have a plan. We are all very excited about the story we are presenting.”

While there aren’t any details on how Namor could fit into “Avengers 5,” Tenoch Huerta’s character would have to resolve his conflict with the surface first, and the Wakanda series for Disney+ could be the perfect terrain for that. And after, now yes, the Talokan leader could join Earth’s Mightiest Heroes to defend their world against Kang.
