From the outside, the Delaneys appear to be the perfect family. Stan and Joy have just sold their successful tennis academy and finally have the leisure life they thought they wanted. And while they can’t wait to spend time with their four grown children, those kids are busy with their own issues. Everything changes when an injured young woman knocks on Joy and Stan’s door, bringing the excitement that they’ve been missing out. But when Joy suddenly disappears, her children must reexamine their parents’ marriage and family history with new and terrified eyes. Set against the backdrop of competitive tennis, this story takes us into a family’s darkest secrets and asks, “Can we ever really get to know the people closest to us?”

Marnich is writer, showrunner and executive producer of Apples never fall which is based on the bestselling novel by Liane Moriarty. Are you excited for the series? We don’t have a release date, but production should start soon in Australia.
