During the recent PlayStation State of Play, Capcom showed a new look at the Resident Evil 4 remake. The trailer showcases some of the beautiful environments and also announced that a demo is on the way and The Mercenaries mode will be available post-launch as free DLC. It looks great and maybe I will finally try the game.
During their harrowing escape from a small enslaved European village of Las Plagas, Leon and his protégé Ashley Graham must navigate multiple environments controlled by the cult of Los Iluminados. Through a sprawling castle, crumbling mines and more, they encounter even more infected villagers, deranged cultists, and insidious enemies empowered by the Las Plagas parasite. Leon and Ashley must face these enemies while also deciphering the arcane designs of the hidden mechanisms, esoteric puzzles and tantalizing secrets. The duo’s path to safety also intersects with calculating Special Forces agent Major Jack Krauser.
