“Back to the Future”: the exciting reunion of the four protagonists at a fan convention

Even if we are not surprised to see the interpreters of the saga together, since it is something they usually do with a certain custom, this time it was particularly exciting, since the four protagonists present. But, from what we have been able to see, one of the most excited was Thompson herself, who has published a great deal of content on her social networks: photos of the four actors, with fans who attended the event, videos and even a photo with a lama (accompanied by Ming-Na Wen) is the one we could see on her Instagram, all accompanied by a caption that read: “Wow, I honestly had a lot of fun with mine today #bttffamily. Also lots of fun moments with fans and with a llama.”.

One of the most emotional moments can be seen in one of the videos Thompson posted with Wilson, where they not only showed the love they have for each other, but also winked at the film by saying to Wilson: “I’m an idiot, right?”, citing his character’s classic slur in the movies. Wilson then gets into character and, pounding Thompson on the head, jokingly asks: “Hi, is anyone home?”.

What happened to Thompson and Wilson

We’ve seen Fox and Lloyd together many times at rallies and events surrounding the iconic ’80s film, but what about Thompson and Wilson? Currently, both are still active albeit a bit far from the beginning of their careers in ‘Back to the Future’. On the one hand, Lea Thompson, who played Lorraine in Robert Zemeckis’ trilogy, is still very active in Hollywood, even though her career has leaned more towards the television direction and production. Her latest works include “Spencer Sisters”, “The Goldbergs”, “Star Trek: Picard” or the podcast series “Marvel’s Squirrel Girl: The Unbeatable Radio Show”. As for “Back to the Future” villain Wilson, he has carved out a niche for himself as voice actor in animation projects playing numerous characters from “SpongeBob”, “Wizards: Tales of Arcadia” or “The amazing stories of Captain Underpants”, among others.
