Ben Stiller will star in the miniseries THREE SAME STRANGERS based on a crazy true story

Actor and director Well Calmer is in final talks to star in the limited series adaptation of the documentary Three identical strangers, based on the wild true story of Bobby Shafran, David Kellman and Eddy Galland, identical triplets who were separated at birth only to be reunited later in life. Stiller will play the three adult brothers.

Amy Lipman (Masters of sex, In treatment) is writing the script for the series and a director has not yet been cast. This is the synopsis of the document:

Identical triplets are separated at birth and adopted by three different families. Years later, their extraordinary reunion becomes a global sensation, but it also unearths an unimaginable secret that has radical repercussions.

Stiller is best known for his acting and directing in films such as The Secret Dreams of Walter Mitty, Zoolanders, tropical thunder.

I’ve seen this documentary, and it’s such a strange story. You get quite a spin, and I can totally see Stiller playing the parts of these three brothers. But does that mean he gets paid three times his salary?
