One of the first serial bombings of the year was the announcement that Stephen Amell’s Green Arrow Returns to Television in ‘The Flash’ Episode. This return raises many questions, starting with the simple fact that Oliver Queen can return. Recall that the character died in the eighth season of “Arrow”. Eric Wallace, showrunner of ‘The Flash’, told TV Line that the events of the first series of the Arrowverse will remain intact: “Let’s not change what happened over the eight seasons of “Arrow.” We pay tribute to all of this”. It also advances that we should be prepared to experience a lot of emotions with that ninth chapter: “There won’t be a single dry eye at the end of the episode. It’s extremely emotional”.

But how did this comeback happen? Stephen Amell hung up his bow and arrow in 2020 and a year later premiered ‘Heels’, his new series on Star with Alexander Ludwig. The series has been renewed for a second season.that we should see this year.

a little more

Here’s how ‘The Flash’ showrunner brought him back to the Arrowverse: “I called Greg (Berlanti, creator of the series ‘Arrow’ and ‘The Flash’) and said, ‘I have a crazy idea. What if Oliver Queen comes back?’, and I presented the story to him. He said to me : “I like it, let me call Stephen.” I call Stephen – all of this is happening over a period of about 18 hours – and explain everything to him. He said, ‘I love it, but could we do a little more?'”. Eric Wallace doesn’t reveal what this “little extra thing” is all about, but he’s thought about it “Fantastic”. With everything discussed, they closed the deal. Stephen Amell reacted to this interview in Chirping said “I asked for one (added to story). I got five or six. It was quite a luxury”.

To verify what this addition consists of, we will have to wait a few more weeks. The ninth and final season of ‘The Flash’ begins its broadcast in the United States on February 8 and in Spain we will be able to see each chapter only one day later via HBO Max.
