‘The Bridgertons’: detailed synopsis of the third season and when we will see the spin-off on Queen Charlotte

Lady Whistledown will have no life this year. Not only is the third season of ‘The Bridgertons’ on the way.which will explore the love story of Penelope and Colin, but we will see a spin-off centered on ‘Queen Charlotte’. 2023 is coming strong for Netflix’s romantic hit, which is already in promotion. At least that’s what the precious (and delicious) pack that this streaming platform sent to some journalists suggests. Meghan O’Keefe shares hers offering the first detailed synopsis for season 3 of the parent series as well as an update on the premiere of the aforementioned spin-off.

Continuing her role as Lady Whistledown while she participates much more actively in the social season will be one of the sticking points of the new chapters, but not the only one. “From Shondaland and new showrunner Jess Brownell, ‘The Bridgertons’ returns with a third season in which Penelope Featherington (Coughlan) has finally given up on her love for Colin Bridgerton (Newton). After hearing his derogatory words in the final season , Penelope has decided it’s time to get married, preferably one that gives her enough independence to continue her double life as Lady Whistledownaway from mother and sisters. But lacking self-confidence, Penelope’s attempts at the marriage market fail spectacularly. Meanwhile, Colin has returned from his summer travels with a new look and a fantastic body, but he is discouraged when he realizes that Penelope, the only person who has always liked him as he is, has decided to turn her back on him.”.

Eager to win back their friendship, Colin offers to mentor Penelope and help her gain confidence so she can find a husband this season. Speculatively we could say he’s painting for the end, mostly because we now know that ‘Queen Charlotte: A Story of the Bridgertons’ is coming in the spring.
