One day before the American Academy distributes the long-awaited Oscars, the anti-heroes of cinema They will hand out golden raspberries to the worst of 2022. Will have to wait until March 11th to meet the “lucky”, however, we already have the complete list of candidates.

‘Blonde’ is the most nominated film of this edition. Up to eight raspberries can win the film about Marilyn Monroe: worst film, worst director, worst remake/copy/sequel, worst screenplay and worst couple. Those responsible for announcing the list wanted to highlight the reason for these appointments: “Explore the exploitation of Marilyn Monroe… to continue exploiting her posthumously”. Furthermore, the organizers point out the poor production leadership of Andrew Dominik, nominated for worst screenplay and worst couple together with “his problems with women”: “The film says more about him than the subject”.
‘Pinocchio’, ‘Good Mourning’, ‘Morbius’, ‘Jurassic World: Dominion’ and the acclaimed ‘Elvis’ are other films most affected at this year’s Razzie Awards. Machine Gun Kelly’s “Good Mourning” is the second-most nominated behind “Blonde,” opting for seven of the nine raspberries that will be handed out that night. Followed by: ‘Pinocchio’ with six nominations, ‘Morbius’ with five, ‘The King’s Daughter’ with a total of three and also ‘Jurassic World: Dominion’ with three.
Tom Hanks adds three nominations, becoming the most nominated actor this year. Worst leading actor for ‘Pinocchio’ and two other categories, which would be the only ones for ‘Elvis’: but supporting actor and worst couple with “his bald head in latex and his ridiculous accent”.
Spain also has representation in the ‘worst awards’, Penélope Cruz’s performance in ‘Agents 355’ It doesn’t seem to have caught on with the public giving a nomination to the woman of Madrid. However, it’s not all bad news for the Spanish-speaking world. Despite eight nominations for ‘Penelope Cruz’, Ana de Armas remains undefeated and out of the nominations for Worst Actress in a Leading Role.
