A new trailer for Scream VI it will be released tomorrow, but in the meantime we have several photos and a little teaser to share with you. The photos come from Entertainment Weekly and offer a first look at several new and returning characters.

One of the most interesting features of the return of Hayden Panettiere’S Scream 4 character Kirby Reed. He talks about his character saying: “[Kirby has] go a long way. What happened to her obviously impacted her life, and it sends her in a certain direction, but at the core of her is still the same old Kirby. She’s just a little older, a little wiser, but just as fire-breathing, and snarky, and all that good stuff.
There are also shots of the latest Ghostface assassin, Courtney Coxis the return of Gale Weathers, along with the survivors Scream 5 cast that includes Jenna Ortega. Cox spoke about the new setting of the franchise saying, “Bringing Ghostface to New York adds a whole new element to the story. Taking the character out of a small town and into the heart of the city that never sleeps is more terrifying than ever.
The next chapter in the horror saga “continues with the four survivors of the Ghostface murders as they leave Woodsboro behind and begin a new chapter.”
Melissa Barrara he went on to explain, “These kids are running away and Ghostface still finds them in the coolest city but also the most terrifying because it’s so crowded and it can be aggressive.
Ortega then offered insight into her character saying, “At the beginning of the film we see my character Tara avoiding her trauma and desperately trying to reclaim her teenage experience and become a normal college student. There is a lot of tension between her and Sam, she feels like she’s overprotective and reluctant to let either of us move on. She feels suffocated.”
Barrera explains, ‘It hasn’t been that long since the last film. Basically, the time we’ve had between movies is the time that’s passed in their world. So the trauma is still very fresh. One of my parts Favorite thing about this movie is that we get to really see how the events of the last movie affected them. We really get to see the baggage that they’re carrying now and how each of them is coping differently.”
We will still give our best look Scream VI Tomorrow when the trailer comes out! I’m excited to see what’s in store for this next chapter in the horror franchise!
Radio silence Matt Bettinelli-Olpin And Tyler Gillette (Scream, ready or not), are both back behind the camera for the upcoming Scream VI.
The cast also includes Brown Savoy Jasmin like Mindy, Freemason Gooding like Chad, Samara texture, Liana LiberatoAnd Dermot Mulroney. Some newcomers include the actor Dermot Mulroney And Mission Impossible star Henry Czernymore Jack Champion (Avengers: Endgame, Avatar: Water Street), Liana Liberato (Light as a feather), Devyn Nekoda (sneaker), And Josh Segarra (Adrian Chase of Arrow).
