We have a new poster to share with you M. Night Shyamalanis the next thriller Knock on the booth, which sees a small family faced with the choice of saving each other or saving humanity. It looks like it’s going to take audiences on an extremely intense journey and I’m excited to see how the story unfolds, especially with Shyamalan’s storytelling style.
The new poster has a retro feel to it which I like because it resembles the classic Saul Bass poster, which I’m a big fan of. This specifically reminds me of the poster Bass created for The man with the golden arm.
In the film, “While vacationing in a remote cabin, a young girl and her parents are taken hostage by four armed strangers who demand the family make an unthinkable choice to avoid the apocalypse. With limited access to the outside world, the family must decide what to believe before all is lost.”
As you’ll see in the trailer, it appears these armed strangers are telling the truth.
Knock on the booth stars Dave Bautista (Dune, Guardians of the Galaxy franchise), Jonathan Groff (Hamilton, Mindhunter), Ben Aldridge (Pennyworth, Lots of fleas), Nikki Amuka-Bird (Persuasion, Old), Kristen Cui, Abby Quinn (Little Women, Fixed network) And Rupert Grint (Servant, Harry Potter franchise).
Universal will release Knock on the booth in theaters February 3, 2023.
