Showtime has released the teaser trailer for Yellow Jackets Season 2 gives us a first look at what’s in store for the new season. There is still a lot of mystery surrounding the show’s story and characters. This is one of those stories that keeps creating more questions as it tries to offer answers. I love shows like this!
Yellow Jackets is the saga of “a team of incredibly talented high school soccer players who become the (un)lucky survivors of a plane crash in the remote northern wilderness. The series chronicles their descent from a complicated but thriving team to savage clans, while also charting the lives they attempted to rebuild nearly 25 years later, proving that the past is never really the past and what began in the desert is long gone. from the beginning”.
The series was created by Ashley Lyle And Bart Nickerson (narcos), and has been described as “equal parts survival epic, psychological horror story, and coming-of-age drama”. If you’re not watching this series, you should because it’s amazing! It actually has a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
The series is also starring Christina Ricci, Melanie Lynskey, Tawny Cypress, Ella Purnell, Sophie Nélisse, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Sophie Thatcher, Sammi Hanratty, Steven Krueger, Warren KoleAnd Juliet Lewis. Newcomers include Elijah Woodhow Walter “a new citizen detective”, Lauren Ambrose like the adult version of Van, whose photos you can see here, and Simone Kesselwho will play an adult Lottie. Jason Ritter he too joined the cast.
Yellow jackets will premiere on March 24, 2023 and a third season has already been ordered.
