A trailer was released for the sequel The McMullen familyThe sequel to the 1995 film The McMullen brotherswho was the debut of the direction of Edward Burnswho has returned to writing, direct and star.
Together with burns, Connie Britton AND Michael McGlone returned to resume their roles in the first film and are united in the sequel to Tracee Ellis Ross, Halston Sage, Juliana Canfield, Pico AlexanderAND Brian D’Arcy James.
The synopsis for the sequel recites: “30 years after Edward Burns’ McMullen brothers have thrilled the public with his exploration of the lives and struggles of three Irish American brothers in New York, the family returns in the long-awaited follow-up, the Mcmullen family. As with the original, the McMullen family is a comedy of Burns.
“The new film keeps track of the romantic intertwining of a now place by Barry McMullen (Edward Burns) and his 20 -year -old children, as well as his brother Patrick (Michael McGlone) and the sister -in -law widow Molly (Connie Britton), who are also found to face unexpected romantic obstacles.”
It looks like a nice family holiday movie to be enjoyed next season. The film will be released in the cinemas on October 15 for one night, so it will be available for viewing on Vod.
